Escape from Ryhope Wood V.2

I was maybe  little hasty in the initial release.
So now here is a re-balanced, clarified, and slightly expanded version.

The changes are numerous, whilst the gameplay remains the same, many results have been tweaked.
The addition of tables and reference, as Appendix III, makes the game easier to play using on the PDF and suitable RNG.
